Classy Snitzel filly Exhilarates (ex Samaready) added to her impeccable record on Saturday with a powerhouse performance in the Listed Atlantic Jewel Stakes.

Settling back off a hot speed, Craig Williams rode the filly positively trailing the leaders but quickly overturned her rivals to win by three quarters of a length.

“She was extremely well placed and well weighted today” Craig Williams told Racing.com

“She is just a little dynamo”

“She’s very, very professional and they’ve got options whether they keep her over shorter distances or even go out in distance with her. “

A $600,000 Magic Millions Gold Coast yearling purchase by Godolphin from the Vinery draft in 2018, Exhilarates has now raced on nine occasions for four wins, three seconds and more than $1.5 million worth of prize-money which includes black type on three occasions.

The win by the Magic Millions 2yo Classic winner also made it a Stakes double for three-time champion sire Snitzel within minutes, with Redzel taking out the Group 3 Concorde Stakes for the third consecutive year with a dominating display at Royal Randwick.

Snitzel’s record now includes an incredible 177 Stakes wins from 90 Stakes winners and career progeny earnings of over $140 million dollars.
