Arrowfield’s 40-year farm & sale graduate record features 88 Group 1 winners (67 bred by the Stud alone or in partnership) including Australian Horses of the Year Lankan Rupee & Weekend Hussler, Champion 2YOs Estijaab & Miss Finland, Champion Sprinters Alverta, Giga Kick, Hareeba, Primacy & Sweet Idea, Champion 3YO Colt The Autumn Sun, Champion 3YO Filly Shoals, Golden Slipper winners Danzero & Flying Spur, Champion Sire Zabeel and since 1 March 2024, major 3YO winners Switzerland (Coolmore Stud Stakes), Private Life (Caulfield Guineas), Lady Shenandoah (Coolmore Classic, Flight & Surround Stakes), Autumn Angel (Australian Oaks) & Celestial Legend (Randwick Guineas & Doncaster Mile).
Notable international performers bred and/or sold by Arrowfield include Cap Ferrat, Stronger & Contentment in Hong Kong; Atyaab, Heavenly Blue, Majmu, Rafeef, Mustaaqeem & Whisky Baron in South Africa; and Alverta (3rd, Newmarket July Cup G1).
Across the past 5 completed seasons, from 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2025, Arrowfield graduates won 111 Group & Listed Races, among them 16 Group 1 races. By the independent assessment of Blacktype Horseracing, Arrowfield is the Leading Vendor of Australian Stakes Performers since 1 August 2020.
Arrowfield has topped the vendor lists by aggregate at the 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2025 Inglis Easter Yearling Sales, the 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021 & 2026 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sales and the 2025 & 2026 Inglis Classic Yearling Sales.
In 2018 the Stud achieved the rare feat of heading the Inglis Easter vendor list by both total sales and average, and in 2022 Arrowfield set an all-time Inglis Easter record of $30,355,000 total sales. In 2025 the Stud achieved its all-time highest yearling price of $2.7 million paid by Tom Magnier for the Snitzel-Ms Bad Behavior colt. In 2026 Arrowfield has posted its highest-ever Magic Millions Gold Coast average price of $319,688 for 48 lots sold.
A total of 85 Arrowfield yearlings have sold for $1 million or more at auction since 2001. Almost a third of those that have raced are stakeswinners and 8 are Group 1 winners: Estijaab, Master Of Design, Mustaaqeem, Profondo, Stronger, Sunday Joy, Switzerland & Wandjina.
Group 1-producing broodmares bred by Arrowfield include Breakfast In Bed (dam of King’s Legacy), Bubble Below (dam of Lucky Bubbles), Confidential Queen (dam of Private Eye), Honesty Prevails (dam of Profondo), Miss Finland (dam of Stay With Me) and Piping Hot (dam of Coolangatta).
Past Champion & Leading Sires bred by Arrowfield include Commands, Danzero, Flying Spur, Not A Single Doubt & Zabeel. In 2026, twenty-four commercially active stallions based in Australia, New Zealand & South Africa carry the Arrowfield brand, including Group 1 sires The Autumn Sun, Castelvecchio, Alabama Express, Super Seth and leading South African sire Rafeef.
