That’s how champion trainer Ciaron Maher describes Hitotsu, who made Australian turf history with a bold campaign of three Group 1 starts over 22 weeks, becoming the first horse to win the Australian Guineas fresh, the first horse in 28 years to win the Victoria Derby, Australian Guineas & Australian Derby and the first 3YO since Dundeel to win three consecutive Australian Group 1 races.
