Strong interest in Dundeel’s dozen at Magic Millions

Buyers have shown strong interest in Dundeel’s first dozen yearlings during inspections at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale this week and it’s now only a few hours until his first yearling, Lot 37, Marquee Stud’s filly out of Funzero (by Danzero), enters the ring.

She will be followed by five Dundeel colts on Day 1 of the Sale:

Lot 91 – Arrowfield’s colt ex Hokuspokus (by Red Ransom) – from the family of Snippets & Not A Single Doubt.

Lot 125 – Bhima Thoroughbreds’ colt ex Johan’s Toy (by Johann Cruyff)
– half-brother to multiple Group winner Toydini out of dual stakeswinner Johan’s Toy, a half-sister to Group winners Extra Zero& Operetta Lass.

Lot 155 – RedbankNorth/Huntworth Stud’s colt ex Lady of Choice (by Redoute’s Choice)
– half-brother to 2YO Group winner Direct Charge, from the family of Group winners Burrito, Posadas, Collate, Petrol Power and talented Western Australian filly Caipirinha.

Lot 210 – Raheen Stud’s colt ex Matilda’s Dance (by Danehill Dancer)
– from a city-winning half-sister of Listed winner Rockolicious; descended from Canny Lad’s multiple Group 1-winning sister Canny Lass.

Lot 232 – Arrowfield’s colt ex Miss Finland (by Redoute’s Choice) – half-brother of Group 1 winner Stay With Me; sire & dam won 11 Group 1 races between them.

The next four Dundeel yearlings will be offered during Thursday’s session:

Lot 327 – Riversdale’s colt ex Power O’Raylee (by O’Reilly) – dam is a multiple city winner, from the family of Group 1 winners Our Heavenly Body and Uncle Remus.

Lot 355 – Burnewang North’s colt ex Rap Tale (by Tale of the Cat) – out of a US-bred stakeswinner, from the family of Grade 1 winners No Review, Another Review & Cavorting.

Lot 401 – Riversdale’s filly ex Royal Emerger (by Flying Spur) – half-sister to Listed winner Royal Rada, out of a winning half-sister to G1 winner Demerger.

Lot 453 – Newhaven Park’s filly ex Simply Brilliant (by Starcraft) – first foal of a city winner, from the family of dual G1 winner and sire Nothin’ Leica Dane and recent Listed winner Hall Of Fame.

The final two Dundeel yearlings at Magic Millions go through the ring on Friday:

Lot 686 – Willow Park’s colt ex Breccia (by Fastnet Rock) – half-sister to dual Group 3 winner Tivaci (also Group 1-placed), out of a winning half-sister to Group 1 winner Allez Wonder and Group 3 winner Pretty Pins.

Lot 709 – Musk Creek Farm’s colt ex Cerberus Gal (by General Nediym) – out of a Group-placed city winner, from the family of Golden Slipper winner & leading sire Danzero.
