Starcraft Filly Tops MM QTIS 600

A filly by Star Witness’ sire Starcraft has topped the 2010 Magic Millions QTIS 600 Yearling Sale after making $140,000 during today’s second and final session.

Leading Sydney trainer Gerald Ryan snapped up the attractive youngster, who was catalogued as lot 241.

“She was one of the fillies of the sale,” Ryan reported. “She’s by a young stallion who’s really doing the job.”

“She’s a lovely type and has a great pedigree – she has a lot of things going for.”

“The way the quality horses have sold this year, she certainly looked good value,” he added.

“And with her being QTIS 600 and BOBS she looks the perfect buy for me.”
