Arrowfield graduate wins at Equimillion 2024
Arrowfield was delighted to sponsor two riders of Arrowfield-bred horses at this year’s Equimillion, the $1 million event for off-the-track thoroughbreds in the disciplines of Dressage, Jumping, Eventing & Showing.
6YO gelding Dellingr (Not A Single Doubt-Gesemi) was winless in 9 starts as a racehorse, but he has found his calling as an eventer in the care of rider Elsa Vignal-Ribeau. The pair won the 95 Open Eventing Class and first prize of $15,000 at Equimillion, rising from 8th place after the dressage thanks to faultless cross country & show jumping rounds.
Elsa said, “We had another outstanding year at Equimillion with our incredible team of thoroughbreds! We didn’t think we had a chance this year being in the Open classes, but my horses once again showed me how talented they can be.
“I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my sponsor, Arrowfield Stud. As an Arrowfield-branded Off The Track Thoroughbred Graduate, Dellingr exemplifies our dedication to showcasing the talent and versatility of thoroughbreds. It was inspiring to see so many Arrowfield horses shine over the weekend, highlighting the success of their breeding programs beyond racing.”

The other Arrowfield-sponsored combination of 9YO gelding Shuffle Up & Amelia Caulton competed in the 80cm Amateur Jumping and 65 Amateur Eventing Classes.
Shuttle Up (Redoute’s Choice-Rekindled Applause) was a three-time winner & Group-placed on the track, and his famous three-quarter brother Giga Kick will attempt to become a two-time winner of The Everest on 19 October.
Other Arrowfield graduates competing at Equimillion 2025 included Aldrich (Snitzel-Covertly), Bahamut (Real Impact-Bambolear), Bojack (Snitzel-Insinuating), Dar Legend (Dundeel-Cavaloce), Finlander (Shalaa-Miss Finland), Grace and Glory (Olympic Glory-Ocean Challenger), Lockheed Lightning (Dissident-Prima Klaire), Pantsman (Showtime-She Loves You), Zudin (Redoute’s Choice-Fenway) and Rainbow Man (Animal Kingdom-Rainbow Bridge) & Let It Be (Redoute’s Choice-Stareel), 1st & 3rd in the 90cm Jumping Class for rider Makaylah Fenwick.
