Animal Kingdom retains his world ranking ahead of them on turf with a 2012 year-end rating of 124, achieved after his blistering run for second in Wise Dan?s record-breaking Breeders? Cup Mile G1 last November.

Animal Kingdom is now in England preparing for Royal Ascot?s testing straight turf mile in the Queen Anne Stakes G1, won in the last three years by Frankel, Canford Cliffs and Goldikova. It will be the fifth of the world?s top 50 Group 1 races contested by the son of Leroidesanimaux, following the Dubai World Cup (1st), Kentucky Derby (1st), Breeders? Cup Mile (2nd) and Preakness Stakes (2nd).

Animal Kingdom will join the Arrowfield stallion roster for the 2013 breeding season at a fee of $38,500 inc. GST.
